Ice cream truck asked to leave Westmont park

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report from park patrol about an ice cream truck that was reportedly refusing to leave a park near Blackhawk Drive in Westmont. The vehicle, described as a white van with flashing lights, then appeared to leave the area heading southbound on Burr Oak after officers were asked to advise the driver that he could not remain there.
