Domestic dispute reported on Phillips Hollow Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were sent to a possible domestic dispute near Phillips Hollow Road in the Westmoreland area after a male caller reported his female partner slapped him, broke his glasses, and left alone in a blue Ford pickup, possibly heading toward Westmoreland.
