Grass fire in ditch under power line near Wheeler

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews from Prairie Farm and Rice Lake responded to a report of a grass fire near County Highway E in the Wheeler area. The caller mentioned a burning smell inside a home but no visible smoke or flames. Electric hazards were also noted near the power line.
