As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a complaint about a vehicle, possibly a tractor trailer or truck with a trailer, traveling east on Highway 36 near Wheeling at excessive speed with no lights on the truck or trailer. A unit indicated they would wait along the highway for the vehicle.

Caller said that it was excessive speed as well, went by fast enough he couldn't tell if it was a tractor trailer or if it was a pickup truck and a trailer.

Thought that the trailer looked like it had some sort of covering on it, but it was eastbound 36 east of Wheeling.
