Dump truck leaves roadway and is totaled

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer contacted an individual near Walnut Street regarding a white tandem axle dump truck that apparently left the roadway, went through ditches and a yard, and was totaled. The disabled truck was parked on the south side of the location and the driver was arranging a tow.
