As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical units responded to a location on South Division Street near East Sophia Street and East Laketon Avenue for a reported 65-year-old with a decreased level of consciousness. Multiple fire and medical units, including Med One, were dispatched and arrived on scene to provide assistance.
