Vehicle fire and downed cable line on Taylor Circle

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported vehicle fire with a wire down near a location on Taylor Circle in Whitman. A cable line on the ground apparently pulled over a utility pole, and one person was transported by ambulance to a hospital in Brockton.
