They can put a man on the moon but can’t even get what is being said correct. SMH. I understand that sometimes it can’t quite differentiate what’s being said, but with all of these crazy advances in technology, they can’t figure out that what they are putting into text from what the computer is hearing that it doesn’t make sense?? I feel so bad for people who are completely deaf if they’re watching videos on YouTube, like Karen videos, because most of the time you can’t see the person so they can’t do lip reading. And what is being populated is so off most of the time that I can just imagine the deaf person trying to make heads or tails of what’s being actually said based on what they are reading. I understand that it’s just “ for entertainment purposes” and not educational so what’s being said doesn’t always really matter. Disabled people have enough to deal with I would think with what we can do in technology that they should be able to get close captioning correct.
