Welfare check for possibly intoxicated driver on I-15

As discussed during the dispatch call, troopers conduct a welfare check for a possibly intoxicated man reported by family near milepost 357 on northbound I-15 by the Willard exit. The man may be driving a black and beige pickup truck and may have firearms with him.
