Customer refuses to leave Family Dollar store

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a reported disturbance at a discount store near Memorial Avenue, where a male customer was allegedly refusing to leave after a dispute about cigarettes. Staff appear to have gotten him out of the store, and he was last seen walking away toward Park Avenue.
