Passenger leaning out of SUV window near school bus

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received a report of a gold or tan Honda CRV with Vermont plates, where a female passenger was reportedly hanging out of the window with her upper body outside the vehicle while traveling behind a school bus on West Road toward Craig Mason Road in Williamstown.
