Garage noise at West Cedar caused by fallen shelves

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a reported disturbance in a garage near West Cedar Street in Willows. After meeting with the reporting party, the noise was determined to be shelves that had fallen over, and no further issues were found.
