Elderly man with general weakness, altered response in NY

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews were dispatched to a home on Danby Road near Colleen Drive and Vandebogart Road for an apparent medical emergency involving an 81-year-old man who was conscious and breathing but reportedly weak and later not responding normally.
