WHAT? The dispatcher is annoyed because she wants to have her coffee!! Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!! SHAMEFUL!! That dispatcher needs a LONG suspension and continued education, at the VERY least!! Apparently, this annoyed dispatcher, who needs her coffee, has NO clue how to deal with people who are in panic mode or in shock! It's most likely the worst day of their lives. Perhaps this annoyed dispatcher should work at Starbucks, instead. Personally, that would be a much better partnership. Sending prayers of strength, healing, and comfort for the patient. 🙏
