Disruptive woman reported outside Elm Street Dunkin, Windsor Locks CT

Just to clarify, that's a Dunkin' at the mobile or on Elm.

00:08

My mistake, it's the one on Elm.

00:20

The Elm Street one.

00:27

247, copy.

00:31

(name withheld), there was a lady just sitting on the bench.

00:37

Yeah, that's why I asked because I don't think the one at Mobile has a bench.

00:47

Caller stated that the party was on the bench screaming and yelling about something.

00:53

Manager came out and I guess the lady on the bench threw a book and then the manager was holding her.

01:04

When we were driving by going to the other Dunkin', she was just sitting there.

01:08

But you can put us both out.

01:12

Ten four.
