Person unconscious but breathing in river near dam

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a river near a dam in Winooski for a person reported floating in the water and later described as unconscious but breathing. A separate medical call involved an adult woman in Shelburne with a nosebleed at a residence near Summit Circle.
