Water main break reported at Winston Section Road home

It's a (name withheld) elderly calling in saying that a water main broke on her property and she's not able to turn it off herself.

There is a code on the property saying that she's been seeing and hearing things that are there, and her sister's information is going to be added to the call as well.

The sister lives about a mile away and is going to 1st respond to see if that is happening or not, and then we'll call in if assistance is needed.
