Reckless driver hits car and building in Winter Haven

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes a possible reckless driver in a damaged Lincoln sedan near Cypress Gardens Boulevard SE and 10th Street SE in Winter Haven. The vehicle reportedly drove into oncoming traffic, struck a black Honda Civic in a parking lot near the 1100 block of Cypress Gardens Boulevard, and then ran into a building. Deputies followed the vehicle eastbound on Cypress Gardens Boulevard, stopped it back in the same plaza area, and requested EMS response.
