Oil drums found by river near train trestle

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders were sent to check a possible environmental hazard near Stream Road in Winterport after two red oil drums were reported by the river. The drums were reportedly not leaking, and a fire chief was also responding to evaluate the situation.
