Report of car driving wrong way and hitting curb

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a traffic complaint about a red four-door sedan that was reportedly driving the wrong way and jumped a curb on South 10th Street in Winterset about five minutes earlier. The caller suggested someone should check on the driver.
