Man with bolt cutters seen near white truck at gate

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a report of a suspicious vehicle near FM 1585 in Wolfforth, Texas. A caller reported a white truck and a man with bolt cutters apparently trying to get under a gate.
