Snapping turtle blocking road at East Lake Shore

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers and an officer responded to an animal complaint about a snapping turtle in the middle of the road near East Lake Shore Drive and Barbara Drive in Wonder Lake. The officer planned to help move the turtle across the road.
