High-speed pursuit ends with arrest on High Street

The vehicle continued through light traffic, then turned onto Park Street and later High Street before pulling into a residence. Officers reported deploying tire spikes and a taser, bringing the suspect to the ground and into custody. Medical personnel were requested to check on those involved at a location on High Street.
