Possible harassment/disturbance involving group at apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reported a disturbing/disorderly conduct complaint near St Gregorys Ln. Prior information indicates a group of people who do not live there may be visiting daily and allegedly harassing the caller’s daughter. Caller could not be reached, and the apartment may be 2A (not confirmed). A safety LOI is noted for the address (possibly outdated).
