A caller said a male came knocking on his door saying he was from Frontier and that workers have been in the area and they believe that he was shaking and he called the PD.

They had had multiple reports about the guy.

He's either black or Hispanic,

I saw a white fella with a yellow vest on W. Georgia. He was selling Frontier Internet. Same with the day before when a young black fella approached me in my yard. Not a threat.
