Multiple reports of power lines down in area

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic indicates multiple reports of possible downed power lines and wires in several neighborhoods, including areas near West 114th Street, 124th Street and South Austin Avenue, and West Floyd Drive. Units check various locations and report at least one house with no one inside and no apparent problems reported by neighbors.
