Male caller feeling suicidal with a knife at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were dispatched to a possible mental health and suicide risk involving a male with a knife near East Locust Court in Yoncalla. The caller reported pain and suicidal thoughts, and said he would put the knife away and did not want to harm anyone. He remained on the phone while responders were being coordinated.
