Elderly woman found fallen near Tall Pines School

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical alarm was reported at Tall Pines School near West River Road in Yorktown involving an elderly woman who has fallen in multiple places and has had several prior GPS medical calls. She appears to be homeless and is approximately seventy-two years old.
