Domestic assault reported on Lake Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received reports of a possible domestic assault between a man and a woman at a residence near Lake Road in Youngstown. The woman reportedly said her boyfriend choked and hit her, and later the man reported that the woman was intoxicated after drinking vodka. No weapons were reported and the man was said to not be intoxicated.
