Man twitching and unable to walk with swollen neck

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders are attending to a 55-year-old male near Gardenwood Drive who exhibited twitching, was unable to walk, and had swelling on the left side of his neck. Units from Engine 71 and Austintown medic are responding.
