Facility was a code to level 3 ALS[1] medical class trauma on board. I have an approximately 80-year-old female with a chief complaint of aphasia and fall, possible stroke. She was found on the sidewalk in her neighborhood by a stranger. She's alert and oriented times three to four with inconsistent stories. Glasgow Coma Scale 14 along with some aphasia, no deficits on either side. She will grip strength.
