As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were requested to check on a young child (about 5 years old) wearing a neon yellow shirt and lime/green shorts, reported walking westbound while being followed by a black SUV. Caller reported the SUV occupant made a concerning statement; RP requested a welfare check near Pease Rd and (West) Onstott Rd.
